People & Talent Director Global Media Agency (Singapore)

Are you a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who thrives in creative, fast-paced environments This global media agency is looking for a People & Talent Director to lead its Singapore team through an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

As part of the leadership team, you'll be responsible for building a culture that attracts, develops, and retains the best talent in the industry. You'll partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to shape people strategies across recruitment, employee engagement, organizational development, and DE&I initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the full People & Talent function across Singapore, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
• Develop and execute talent strategies that align with the agency's creative and commercial goals.
• Champion initiatives in learning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Partner with global teams to drive employee engagement and culture programs.
• Oversee recruitment strategy ensuring the agency attracts top creative, digital, and media talent.
• Manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and internal policies.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of HR experience, ideally within media, advertising, or creative sectors.
• Proven success in a senior People leadership role with regional or cross-market exposure.
• A balance of strategic vision and pragmatic delivery comfortable influencing senior leaders while staying close to the people experience.
• Strong understanding of Singapore employment practices and talent landscape.
• A genuine passion for culture, creativity, and developing people.
