Job Description:

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding, employee engagement, payroll and other administrative tasks
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
  • Execute processes and procedures, ensuring data integrity and internal controls are in place
  • Ensure that all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance requirements
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations and service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passionate about people, services and culture
  • Have a strong affinity for hands-on execution and organizational skills
  • Fast learner, hardworking, highly accountable, detail-oriented and an efficient multi-tasker
  • Proficient in Google products (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail etc)
