About The Team
The People Operations & Services Team is responsible for driving the end-to-end employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding, and ensuring smooth HR operational processes across the organization. They own the HR operations functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee care, and HR systems, and work closely with relevant HR stakeholders and external corporate partners.
Job Description
- Assist in delivering new hire inductions to ensure a positive introduction to the company
- Prepare weekly documents to share with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding processes
- System Ticket Management: Manage employees&apos benefit and claims inquiries by addressing system tickets promptly & accurately
- Maintain HR chatbot with updated documents to ensure that employees have access to current HR information and can effectively use the tool to resolve queries
- Assist in compiling and analysing data related to HR service requests across local and regional teams, suggesting improvements to streamline processes and enhance service efficiency
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a/enrolled in a Bachelor&aposs Degree or above
- Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Fast and pro-active learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to deliver work against tight deadlines
- Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
