What will you do as a People Partner Manager
As a People Partner Manager, you will be responsible for acting as a thought and business partner for Business Unit Asia & Middle East on all HR matters. You will be collaborating with Operating Companies HR Managers on regional and local HR processes concerning the employee lifecycle, often in collaboration with our Global SMEs in providing expert knowledge on policies and procedures, primarily in Asia & Middle East where we currently support about 2000+ employees across the region. You will need to demonstrate a track record partnering with business leaders, with exposure to mid-sized firms and widely spread geographic setup. You have strong HR business partnering and generalist experience and the agility to switch between a tactical and strategic mindset.
You will also be working on global, regional, and local projects as part of the Regional and Global People Team. The projects you will support are depending on current business needs.

What do we expect from you as a People Partner Manager
Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
At least 8 years of experience in a regional Business Partnering role, preferably in a corporate environment
Experience in HR Operations - End to end employee life cycle management with ability to work effectively in a global/ regional and joint venture environment, with strong service orientation and business judgment
A team player who is independent, self-confident, flexible and has a self-motivated personality with the ability to to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a dynamic environment
Ability to drive innovate and do things differently and better with good problem-solving skills and willing to take initiative, ownership to deliver results
Familiarity with Workday would be an advantage
Your core responsibilities are:
Provide strategic People advice and support to business and operational business stakeholders recommend solutions and provide action plans to the stakeholders
Support delivery of People activities and processes (such as performance management, manpower planning, compensation and benefit, talent development) and ad-hoc projects at the business level
Responsible for guiding and implementing strategic and tactical People initiatives aligned to business/organization's objectives
Support development and delivery of People strategy and lead communication, implementation and measurement of key people initiatives and programs within the business area to support a dynamic, fast-paced and high-performance culture of the company
Build strong partnership and acts as partner and constructive challenger to the stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with people at all organizational levels
