People & Operations Lead (F&B / Retail)

Singapore (Ground-based role: outlets with seating - Khatib / Queensway office at Yishun as required)

Salary: SGD 3,800 - 4,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

About the Role

This role is executed from a company-wide perspective, not based on outlet count. You will be responsible for strengthening people systems, improving workforce quality, and ensuring outlets are well supported for efficient daily operations. The role is hands-on and ground-based, requiring regular presence at outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen and maintain company-wide people and workforce systems

• Improve staff consistency, discipline, and operational readiness

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and retention

• Act as a bridge between founders and frontline teams

• Be present at outlets to understand and support ground operations

• Identify operational gaps and drive practical improvements

• Ensure SOPs are implemented and followed consistently

• Support founders in day-to-day operational decision-making

Requirements

• Experience in operations, people operations, or multi-site retail / F&B environments

• Hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable being on the ground

• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset

• Able to work directly with founders in a fast-paced environment
