We are currently seeking a People Operations Associate based in Singapore to join our growing team. Further details of the role are outlined below.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end people operations delivering seamless, thoughtful, and dependable HR support across the employee lifecycle.
- Design meaningful onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success from day one.
- Manage employment passes/EP (new applications, renewals), internal mobility and employee transitions with care.
- Support performance cycles, engagement initiatives, and development programs. Partner with global HR teams to deliver locally relevant, well-executed people strategies.
- Develop and roll out transparent HR policies aligned with Singapore employment laws and company values. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance across all people operations.
- Generate people insights on workforce trends, attendance, and attrition using data to continuously improve processes and employee experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment regulations and best practices.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams is a strong plus.
- Experience handling EP/Work Passes
- A people-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and comfort managing multiple priorities.
- Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to build trust across levels.
