About The Role
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join our Singapore People team on a 2-year fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in HR operations who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day HR processes while supporting regional People initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR systems
- Prepare and update HR documents such as contracts, letters, and checklists in line with internal templates and compliance requirements
- Support benefits administration and coordinate with external vendors where needed
- Assist in implementing employee engagement and wellness activities
- Assist with payroll as required
- Ensure timely processing of employee changes (e.g., transfers, promotions, extensions) in HR systems
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation
- Provide ad hoc support to People team projects and regional HR initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Eager to learn and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with HR systems/tools
- Available to commit to a 2 year full-time fixed term contract
