About The Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join our Singapore People team on a 1-year fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in HR operations who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day HR processes while supporting regional People initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
  • Maintain accurate and organised employee records and HR systems
  • Prepare and update HR documents such as contracts, letters, and checklists in line with internal templates and compliance requirements
  • Support benefits administration and coordinate with external vendors where needed
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement and wellness activities
  • Assist with payroll as required
  • Ensure timely processing of employee changes (e.g., transfers, promotions, extensions) in HR systems
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation
  • Provide ad hoc support to People team projects and regional HR initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in operations
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Eager to learn and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with HR systems/tools
  • Available to commit to a 1 year full-time fixed term contract
