People Operations Analyst (HR)

• Provide HR support to employees and managers via chat, ServiceNow, and email, offering accurate advice based on company policies.
• Handle employee lifecycle transactions in Workday (joiners, leavers, job changes) and ensure data accuracy while working with teams such as Finance and Payroll.
• Act as the benefits contact person, managing benefit queries and coordinating with insurance vendors and external partners.
• Use case management tools and reports to meet service standards and improve employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, and audit standards while delivering quality HR support.

Requirement:

• Diploma with 1-2 year working experience
• Workday system
