We are looking for aPeople Data Analyst (1 year contract)to make a difference and be part of our digital transformation!

This is a position for operating the people information initiatives in a multi-country scope, supporting the Analytics and Metrics managers across Global Supply Chain (GSC) Central Functions through operational activities, system maintenance and report generation.

The role will be based in Singapore and report to the GSC HR CS&Q and Procurement VP with dotted line to the Global People Analytics Consultant for GSC. The GSC Central functions HR Analytics & Metrics will be part of Global Supply Chain, supporting Human Resources

What will you do

  • Process operational data and prepare trends, metrics, and reports for data-driven HR decisions.
  • Build automated HR metrics dashboard to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Perform data quality audit to ensure the accuracy of business analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional transversal teams to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive HR analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.
  • Support the design and implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Be the subject matter expert in HR data systems and processes, providing guidance and training to stakeholders as needed.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis for emerging business needs.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role

  • Professional Degree in Business Management (HR, Finance, or General Management) or Information Systems/Computer Science.
  • Strong technical foundation in data management and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen interest in data insights for business improvement.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge in PowerPoint are needed.
  • Experience in data processing, database programming and data analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, and similar technologies is a plus.
  • Experience with HR systems, processes and tools is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English at different levels of the organization including senior management.
