Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) function and assist in the HRIS migration project. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, HR systems implementation, and core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in job postings across various recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on hiring criteria
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling
- Support interview documentation and candidate tracking
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
- Assist in employer branding initiatives where required
2. HRIS Migration Project Support
- Assist in data cleaning, verification, and consolidation for migration
- Support data entry and validation in the new HRIS system
- Help prepare employee records and ensure accuracy of information
- Participate in system testing (UAT) and document issues
- Assist in preparing user guides and process documentation
- Provide administrative support during implementation phases
3. General HR Support
- Assist with HR documentation and filing
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide administrative support for HR projects as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
