Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR support contact for employees and managers
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Provide practical HR advisory support and guidance on workplace policies and practices
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to address workforce matters effectively
- Support employee lifecycle processes including performance management, employee engagement, organizational changes, and staff relations matters
- Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and implementation of new HR initiatives

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related disciplines
- Prior HR experience in a fast-paced environment will be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within teams
- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and stakeholders
