People and Operations Lead (1 position)
Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 per month
Contract Duration: 1-year contract (Apr 2026 - Apr 2027)
Working Hours: 42 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday -Friday
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and operational skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles (e.g., product, engineering, design, operations).
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Enhance candidate experience while maintaining strong hiring standards.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and quality of hires.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Work closely with HR teams to ensure recruitment activities comply with organisational policies.
