Job Description

The role exists to contribute to business performance and growth across the three-market cluster by setting People & Culture strategy, developing and implementing people practices in line with Global guidelines and local legislation to ensure we attract and retain topquality talent, support their development and career growth, deliver highstandard People & Culture services, and shape a strong, unified culture in close collaboration with other functions.

As the P&C Director, you will be responsible for:

1. People & Culture Strategy
- To develop and implement P&C strategies in the areas of organizational design, talent acquisition & staffing, compensation & benefits and employment processing, talent management & succession planning safety and health, employee relations and retention, legislative compliance, and labor relations - in line with and in order to meet organizational objectives.

2. Organizational Design & Staffing
- In cooperation with Head of functions review organizational structure and advocate to ensure optimal and efficient set up of each function.

3. Talent Development & Succession planning
- To develop and implement talent management practices to build organizational capabilities, support development of employees in order to achieve business goals as well as ensure building talent pipeline for future business needs.
- To drive Succession planning processes across the markets in line and in cooperation with Regional & global P&C.

4. Compensation & Benefits
- To ensure comprehensive compensation plans are in place to hire and retain employees, consistent with Company Guidelines and reflecting the local labor market trends
- To initiate the process for Personnel Policy changes as required by the internal needs and external market trends.
- Provide support together with Global Mobility to international population based in the host location.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures and kept and in line with market regulations and global guidance.

5. Employee Engagement
-Drive employee engagement activities for employees to have a competitive advantage in the labor market.

6. People management
-Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.

7. Other
-Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualifications: University degree (required). MBA or equivalent educational background (desirable). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in senior management positions in HR or other business areas
  • Knowledge of core people & culture functions is required
  • Cross-cultural experience is a plus
  • Language: Fluent English knowledge, any additional language welcome
  • Functional Skills: Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, SAP)
