Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience to design, develop, and support Pega-based solutions for critical business processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Pega frameworks, case management, user experience, data integration, and platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development & Enhancement:
- Develop and implement Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements as part of enhancements or service requests.
- Support existing Pega applications, ensuring timely ticket resolution within defined SLA.
- Technical Expertise:
- Leverage Pega frameworks to deliver robust and scalable applications.
- Design workflows using Pega Case Management to streamline and automate business processes.
- Build intuitive user interfaces aligned with Pega User Experience principles.
- Integration & Testing:
- Integrate Pega applications with various data sources and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure high performance and reliability of Pega applications.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, configurations, and changes for compliance and future reference.
- Support & Collaboration:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration strategies and solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega platform updates and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
- Expertise in Pega frameworks, Case Management, workflows, and integration strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Pega User Experience principles and application development best practices.
- Proficiency in integrating Pega applications with external systems and ensuring seamless data flow.
- Solid understanding of debugging, testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
