PEGA Developer

Aboutthe Role

Weare looking for a skilled Pega Developer to design and deliver scalablebusiness applications that drive digital transformation. In this role, you willwork closely with cross-functional teams to implement Pega-based solutions thatenhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support businessinnovation.

KeyResponsibilities:

.Develop and implement applications using Pega PRPC
. Translate business requirements into technical solutions
. Configure workflows, case management, and UI components
. Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices
. Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
. Support integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP)
. Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews

RequiredQualifications

.Minimum 3 years of Pega development experience
. Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and case management
. Strong understanding of application design and data modeling
. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
. Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and databases
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

PreferredQualifications

.Pega CSA or CSSA certification
. Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub or Robotics
. Familiarity with cloud platforms or DevOps practices
. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
