The Pega Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business solutions using Pega technology, with a focus on advanced features such as Pega Knowledge Buddy, Process AI, and generative AI capabilities. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, intelligent Pega applications that drive operational excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop Pega-based applications, leveraging advanced components like Pega Knowledge Buddy and Process AI to deliver intelligent automation and enhanced customer experience.
- Integrate generative AI technologies with Pega solutions, enabling next-generation business process automation and knowledge management.
- Translate complex business needs into robust Pega architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead technical design sessions, collaborate with business analysts and developers, and provide strategic guidance on Pega best practices and frameworks.
- Implement and optimize Pega features, including decisioning, case management, and AI-driven workflows.
- Monitor, analyze, and enhance the performance of Pega solutions, proactively recommending improvements to meet evolving business goals.
- Mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to architectural standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Pega Architect, with hands-on expertise in Pega Knowledge Buddy, Process AI, or generative AI integration.
- Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CPBA) strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Pega platform, case and workflow management, and AI-driven automation.
- Experience with large-scale Pega implementations, including system integrations and performance tuning.
