Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1730hrs
Alternate Saturdays: 0800hrs to 1200hrs
Job Description:
- Responsible for the co-coordination of work involved in the operations of Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI).
- Administer, in proper order, all PDI documentations in areas of job cards, invoices, warranty claims, creation of purchase orders and GRNs.
- Assign and monitor PDI work by Technicians.
- Liaise with contractors for the necessary PDI work to be performed.
- Perform quality checks on PDI work by Technicians and contractors.
- Ensure the quality of new cars is at levels meeting customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction at delivery.
- Provide administrative and technical support to Sales personnel at the point of delivery.
- Liaise for outstanding PDI work to be performed (if any) after delivery.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- At least NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year relevant PDI experience preferred.
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license is a must.
- Must be able to work overtime when required.
