One critical hire includes the appointment of a talented Payroll Specialist who is eager to grow, stretch, and evolve their career into broader Compensation & Benefits (C&B) responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious payroll professional who wants to deepen their technical expertise while gaining exposure to the full rewards spectrum.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of endtoend payroll operations for Singapore, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. You will manage monthly payroll cycles, statutory submissions, audits, reporting, and vendor relationships while driving continuous process improvements.
As part of a progressive HR function invested in developing future rewards talent, you will also have the chance to lead on projects related to annual salary reviews, benefits administration, benchmarking, and policy enhancements as part of a regional and global team.
This position is wellsuited to someone who enjoys operational excellence but is ready for moresomeone who wants to build deeper knowledge in reward structures, HR analytics, and compensation governance. You will gain handson experience in C&B activities, giving you a longterm pathway toward a hybrid Payroll & C&B role or a full transition into Total Rewards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Singapore payroll operations, excellent attention to detail, and comfort working in a fastpaced, evolving environment. A proactive mindset, strong stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity will set you up for success. Prior exposure to HRIS/Payroll systems and statutory compliance in Singapore is essential.
