Job Description

• Perform all payroll related functions for approximately 300 headcount
• Perform tax clearance and yearly reporting to authority
• Submission of pro-family claims and any related authorities salary claim (e.g NS reservist pay childcare paternity and maternity claims FWL etc)
• Work with HR team in employee related claims (e.g Work Injury and H&S claim)
• Leverage AI-powered productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot & ChatGPT) to enhance operational efficiency, reporting, and communication
• Support the company's sustainability initiatives and contribute to its efforts in building a more sustainable and inclusive organisation.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 2 years of payroll and related experience with work pass exposure
• Diploma/Certificate/GCE O level in business related discipline
• Confident to communicate and interact with all levels fluently in more than one language
• Ability to work under tight timelines and possess a positive mindset with a can do attitude
• Meticulous and focus in details
• Ability to work cohesively in a team
• Experience with AI-powered workplace productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other approved AI applications) will be an added advantage.
