We are an established and growing SME seeking a reliable Payroll Officer to manage payroll operations and support broader HR functions. This role offers exposure to both payroll and HR, making it ideal for individuals looking to deepen their experience in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including CPF, IRAS submissions, and other regulatory obligations
- Administer employee benefits, leave records, and medical claims
- Support work pass applications and related administration
- Handle matters relating to Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA)
- Prepare payroll reports and HR analytics for management review
- Maintain proper documentation and integrity of employee data
- Support HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
- Familiarity with Singapore payroll regulations and statutory compliance
- Experience with payroll systems / HRIS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
