. Deliver Singapore statutory payroll (CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG).
. Design SuccessFactors EC ↔ S/4HANA HCM integration and the payroll-to-FI/CO posting interface.
. Lead and run the H2E workshops and advise on the future-state unified HR platform direction (S/4HANA HCM vs. SuccessFactors ECP).
. Lead the onshore/offshore payroll & time team through parallel runs, data migration, cutover, and hyper-care.
Experience:
12-15 years overall, with 8+ years in SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management (Singapore payroll mandatory) and 2+ years on SuccessFactors EC integration minimum 2 full payroll implementations or migrations.
