Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional payroll system implementations and integrations
  • Manage multi‑country payroll compliance across APAC (e.g., Singapore, Australia, India)
  • Design and oversee Workday integrations (Studio, EIBs, APIs, Connectors)
  • Own project planning, timelines, risk management, and governance
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal HR, Finance, and IT teams

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years experience in payroll systems and HR integrations
  • Strong APAC regional payroll exposure, preferably in Banking or Large Financial Institutions
  • Hands‑on expertise with Workday integrations
  • Solid project management experience
  • (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred)
