Responsibilities
- Lead regional payroll system implementations and integrations
- Manage multi‑country payroll compliance across APAC (e.g., Singapore, Australia, India)
- Design and oversee Workday integrations (Studio, EIBs, APIs, Connectors)
- Own project planning, timelines, risk management, and governance
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal HR, Finance, and IT teams
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10+ years experience in payroll systems and HR integrations
- Strong APAC regional payroll exposure, preferably in Banking or Large Financial Institutions
- Hands‑on expertise with Workday integrations
- Solid project management experience
- (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred)
