About the role
We're looking for an experienced Payroll & FinanceHR Manager to join our team at Seacare Manpower Services Pte. Ltd. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll and HR operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments and maintaining comprehensive personnel records. This role is based in the Central Region.
Job Scope
- Managing the end-to-end payroll process, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Administering employee benefits, such as medical insurance, CPF contributions, and leave entitlements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the company's goals and values
- Submit monthly payroll reports and statutory filings accurately and on schedule
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare and issue monthly billing invoices and reconcile payments using SAP
- Process payments to vendors and inter-company accounts via online banking
- Generate and review finance reports to support monthly financial closing.
- Preparing HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar payroll and HR management role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in Singapore
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
- Proficient in using HR and payroll software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
- CEI certified and/or iHRP certification preferred
