Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Manage monthly payroll cycles, including base salaries, overtime, bonuses, and various allowances.
  • Overtime Monitoring: Prepare and monitor daily overtime reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Inquiry Management: Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee records.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure all processing aligns with statutory requirements, including CPF contributions, income tax, and statutory claims.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive payroll reports and necessary documentation for management.
  • Regulatory Updates: Stay current with the latest payroll legislation and employment regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma in Human Resources.
  • Experience: 35 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and HRIS management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SuccessFactors, Timesoft, Prosoft, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of the Employment Act, CPF regulations, tax laws, and basic accounting principles.
  • Core Competencies: Strong numerical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to communicate and resolve payroll concerns clearly.
