Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, employment contracts, and HRIS information.

  • Oversee the full onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a smooth employee experience.

  • Prepare payroll-related inputs, attendance tracking, and HR management reports.

  • Administer employee benefits enrolment, changes, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

  • Provide support for cross-border HR-related queries from overseas employees.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the organization.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide and HR-related events.

  • Serve as the point of contact for IT administration, including management of IT equipment, reporting, policy compliance, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.

  • Willing to do admin role
