Job Description
Process - Verify and process monthly volume of more than 500 monthly payroll-related transactions, including salary pro-ration for new hires and resignees, monthly CPF submissions, taxation, and other payroll-related transactions. Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within stipulated timelines, in compliance with stipulated policies and guidelines, including the handling of doubtful or complex payroll transactions.
Coordinate - Correspond with HR business partners in updating of inputs necessary for relevant pay elements, and support timely payroll processing and issue resolution.
Investigate - Identify and report data inaccuracies or discrepancies in payroll systems for follow up action.
Audit - Maintain a secured archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.
Improve - Analyse and recommend process improvements and effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and overall payroll effectiveness.
Requirements
. Diploma or higher qualification.
. Fresh Degree graduates are welcome to apply
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Strong analytical skills
. Meticulous and have a keen eye for details with an inquiring mind.
. Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
