. Process monthly payroll accurately and timely with Payroll software
. Administer employee benefits including health insurance, medical claim, and leave entitlements
. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements
. Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., IR8A, Appendix 8A, IR21) and government surveys
. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, leave, and benefits with professionalism and care
. Maintain up-to-date payroll data and accurate employee records
. Generate and analyze payroll reports for the management
. Support audits and reconciliations related to payroll and statutory submissions
. Collaborate with HR team on total rewards and employee wellbeing initiatives
