Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll for 500 to 700 headcount per cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and optimize systems (SuccessFactors/SAP) while these are the primary tools, exposure to other payroll systems is highly valued.
- Oversee the integrity of HR data, compensation records, and benefit administration.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of MOM payroll regulations, including specialized OT pay calculations and statutory requirements.
- Operate payroll manually using formulas and spreadsheets to ensure business continuity if systems are offline.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding pay and system access.
- Support upgrades, module testing, and process improvements within the HRIS environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in HRM/Accountants/Finance or relevant field
- Preferably min 2 - 3 years of Payroll experience and exposure to HRIS
- Good knowledge on MOM payroll regulations . E.g OT pay calculations, etc (if the system is down, they are able to autopilot to still run payroll using the formulas to calculate)
