Contract Period: 27 May 2026 to 26 May 2027 (1 year contract)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Fridays: 8.30am to 6pm
Job scope:
- Assist in processing monthly payroll and invoices
- Process CPF submissions and IR8A
- Maintain accurate employee records and update personnel files
- Provide administrative support, such as reimbursements, data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle to incoming calls and attending to visitors
- Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience in payroll software preferred (eg: WhyzeHR)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
