Payroll cum Account Assistant

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2500 - $3000
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am-5.30pm), Saturday (WFH - 8.30am-12.30pm)
• Location: Jurong East
• AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate payroll processing for approximately 50 headcounts
• Handle work pass matters, including applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Maintain and verify staff timesheets, attendance records, and leave balances
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

Requirement:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum Higher NITEC qualification with relevant certification
• Willing to work half day on Saturdays (work from home)
