Role Overview
As a core member of Tangspac's HR team, the role will be responsible for the monthly processing of payroll and billing for a contractor workforce deployed across multiple enterprise clients, requiring accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and client billing for employees seconded to clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Compile and verify timesheets, reimbursements, and other employee benefit entitlements
- Maintain employee records including HR data, leave balances, and documentation
- Generate and reconcile bank payment files
- Prepare and distribute monthly payslips to contract employees
- Prepare and file IR21 tax clearance forms for foreign employees
- Collate NS make-up pay, maternity, and childcare claims for Finance submission
- Prepare, upload, and send invoices to clients accurately and on schedule
- Respond to payroll and billing enquiries from contract employees and clients
- Support general HR administration and office management tasks as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll and billing
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within structured payroll and billing cycles (experience in recruitment, staffing, or contractor payroll environments will be highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with payroll systems (Timesoft experience is an advantage)
- Good understanding of Singapore payroll statutory requirements and the MOM Employment Act
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet tight deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment
- A team player with good interpersonal and English communication skills
- Fresh graduates with strong administrative and Excel skills are welcome to apply (salary will be commensurate with experience)
