Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with employment regulations and company policies
- Review payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and implement necessary adjustments using payroll and time management systems
- Administer leave, payroll, and attendance systems, including onboarding and system orientation for new users
- Provide support across recruitment activities such as interview coordination, onboarding preparation, and tracking updates
- Participate in recruitment events and HR initiatives when required
- Address employee queries related to payroll, policies, and HR processes with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing
- Good understanding of payroll systems, time & attendance platforms, and HR operations
- Familiarity with employment regulations and payroll compliance practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Confident communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
