To ensure continued growth, they are seeking a high-performing Payroll Analyst (circa. SGD$60-66k annual base) who will play a key role. This role will be based in Singapore.
Position Overview
The incoming will be the cornerstone for ensuring seamless and compliant payroll execution across key regions, with a strong focus on analytical problem-solving and continuous improvement. Aside from payroll, this extends to HR systems processes too, all within a dynamic, safety-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
As Payroll Analyst, you will report in to the Global Rewards Manager with the following remit:
- Global Payroll Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process for core countries within and beyond Singapore e.g. Australia, United States, Germany etc.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and timely processing, including all statutory filings (tax, social security) and vendor coordination
- HR Systems & Data Stewardship: Administer and provide support for HR Information System (HRIS) and related platforms (e.g., e-learning, surveys)
- Champion data integrity and leverage system capabilities for reporting and process efficiency
- Process Optimization & Troubleshooting: Employ a logical, data-driven approach to identify, analyse, and resolve payroll and HR process issues
- Develop and document improvements to enhance accuracy, controls, and user experience
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, HR partners, finance and external vendors on payroll and systems-related matters
The Successful Applicant
You are a detail-oriented professional who thrives on getting the details right and enjoys the technical aspects of HR operations. You might be a Payroll Specialist looking to broaden your scope within HR, or an HR Generalist/Ops professional with deep payroll expertise
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing full payroll cycle for Singapore and at least one other country from the following: Australia, Germany, USA and Canada.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail
- High proficiency with MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
