Our client, a leading global MNC is looking for a Payroll & Accounts Payable Analyst to join their Singapore team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the Singapore office.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax and pension filings.
- Support expatriate and cross-border tax matters, including double-taxation, tax filings and reporting to home countries.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external tax advisers on tax-related matters.
- Support AP, staff reimbursements and weekly cash flow.
- Assist with month/year-end closing and annual audit.
- Provide general finance and ad hoc accounting support to the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in payroll and finance, ideally within an international organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll and tax requirements.
- Experience in tax filing, expatriate tax or cross-border tax matters is highly preferred.
- UK tax exposure would be an advantage, although broader international tax experience will also be considered.
- Good accounting knowledge with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
