Our client, a global payments leader is looking for an experienced Payments Solutions Consultant to partner with leading airlines and travel corporate customers, driving end-to-end payment solutions from pre-sales through to implementation and ongoing success.
Location: Singapore based role
What you'll do:
- Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Work closely with Business Development and Product teams to understand client needs, design tailored payment solutions, and deliver compelling demos and proposals.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead onboarding and integration projects with airlines and industry partners, ensuring smooth transitions into payment systems.
- Client Success & Support: Serve as a trusted advisor post-implementation, resolving operational challenges (settlement, chargebacks, FX, fraud monitoring) and ensuring high performance.
- Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with product, strategy, and technology teams to optimize client experiences and shape future solutions.
- Process & Performance: Track KPIs/SLAs, identify improvements, and help refine processes for greater customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What we're looking for:
- 58 years experience in airline payments, payments technology, or financial services, covering pre-sales, implementation, or client success.
- Strong knowledge of airline settlement systems (BSP/ACH), fraud management, multi-currency payments, and industry regulations (PCI DSS, IATA frameworks, GDPR, PSD3).
- Proven track record leading large-scale client-facing implementations in airline/travel payments.
- Excellent communication skills able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
