Lead end-to-end project management, including scope, timeline, quality, effort, and resources across business, technology, contractors, and operations.
Develop and execute detailed project plans analyse proposals to manage schedule and budget variances.
Define and track project deliverables, milestones, and activities to ensure timely completion.
Manage stakeholders across multiple countries, handling escalation, expectation alignment, conflicts, and scope changes.
Oversee project governance activities including investment approval decks, PSC meetings, and steering committee updates.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring governance and escalation processes are followed.
Ensure compliance with system development methodology and timely delivery of required artefacts.
Provide regular project reporting and communication to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline professional certifications in project management are advantageous.
15+ years of experience in project management, successfully delivering multiple complex projects or large-scale end-to-end initiatives.
Proven experience leading teams and applying project management methodologies (PMI, Prince II, Agile).
Strong domain expertise in wholesale banking payments (domestic & international), transaction banking, ISO20022 payment systems, instant payment schemes, and payments transformation across ASEAN markets.
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust at senior levels.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and how they drive digital transformation in financial services.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and drive collaboration across diverse teams.
Proven ability to develop and manage resource plans, ensuring alignment of skills and capacity with project needs.
