The Role

We're looking for a Payments & Product Operations Associate to be the bridge between our users, partners, and internal teams. You'll handle customer requests, troubleshoot payment and compliance flows, manage vendor relationships, and support product operations as we scale. This is a perfect role for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to how a fintech product operates in the real world and help build processes from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Product & Ops Enablement

  • Map and document user journeys across onboarding, payments, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering to improve and optimize processes.
  • Assist with data tasks such as monitoring trends, reporting, and generating insights.
  • Help design scalable operational workflows.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product improvements.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Manage operational relationships with compliance vendors, payment partners, and other third parties.
  • Ensure timely resolution of partner-related issues.

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

  • Be the first point of contact for user support requests via chat, email, and other channels.
  • Resolve onboarding, KYC, compliance, and payment-related issues.
  • Identify recurring pain points and work with the product team to improve flows.

Who You Are

  • Fresh graduate or early career, curious and scrappy
  • Comfortable figuring things out in a fast-moving environment
  • Some exposure to product or customer operations through projects or coursework
  • Basic data skills (Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is a bonus)
  • Clear communicator who can explain complex flows simply
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and low-ego
  • Curious about fintech, stablecoins, payments, and KYC/AML
