Assist in high-impact payments projects end to end, including areas in product development, competitor analysis and competitive landscape tracking, go-to-market campaign planning, business development, business performance analysis etc.
Assist payments business team to make informed decisions by gathering insights via data analysis and synthesis
Identify functional and technical gaps of existing and new payment products offerings, to improve customer experience and achieve business impact
Collaborate with different stakeholders to assist in delivering business goal, including product management, engineering, operations and data science teams etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Commerce, Business, Marketing, Business Analytics or related fields
Proficient in SQL, Excel and PPT
Proficiency in Python is a plus
Highly resourceful and passionate with a strong sense of responsibility
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience within fin-tech or financial services space, especially in payments product is a plus
