- Handle payments to retail & corporate clients accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile payment transactions to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address payment-related queries and issues.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company guidelines.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payments Associate should have:
