The Payment Strategy Director will play a critical role in define and provide the direction for the team's regional expansion strategy, pricing approach, GTM motion and many more. The role is truly cross-functional, you will work directly with FI Partnerships, Product and Enablement team members to drive various new initiatives, requiring you to be hands-on. You will engage with Revenue Strategy, Commercial, and Marketing teams to position Antom's key payments offering for accelerated growth. This role will directly report to the Global Head of FI Partnership.
What You'll Do
- In-depth customer, market, industry and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and winning strategies to accelerate business growth.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that bring together market expansion plans, product development initiatives, pricing strategies and internal support/ enablement plans.
- You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve the objective include but not limited to FI Partnerships, Enablement, Legal, Product, Business and many more.
- Drive and expand the strategic direction of Antom Payment Offering be it cards and alternative payment methods across multiple industry and popular payment methods adoption.
- Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress toward goals, key risks, and dependencies.
- Take a data-driven approach to identify risks, opportunities, and the overall health of the Payments & business performance.
- Harness a strong executive network for building thought leadership in payments.
What You'll Bring
- 8 - 10+ years professional experience including relevant experience in management consulting, strategy function within a corporate, and/or management role at a fintech.
- Experience in Payments, FinTech, Financial Services, and/or Technology
- Passionate for developing customer-centric strategies and products, be an outside-in thinker
- A good understanding of payment methods acceptance across multiple jurisdiction be it cards and alternative payment e.g eWallet, RTP, etc.
- You are fascinated with the global financial ecosystem, embedded finance adoption, and globalization of enterprises.
- You are an exceptional communicator and can connect with people at all levels, internally and with external stakeholders.
