Facilitate transaction processing for all transactional banking products, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing, with zero tolerance for error.
Provide support with treasury settlements and other operations-related tasks as needed.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks.
Participate in payment-related projects, system enhancements, and industry testing. This includes liaising with stakeholders, submitting requests, drafting, and executing test cases.
Requirements
Prior experience in payment operations preferred, with knowledge of SWIFT payment messages and relevant systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong teamwork, dependable and meticulous
Prefer three years of experience in banking, preferably in Payment Operations
