Job Responsibilities
Digital payment operations
- Liaise with third-party payment providers to establish and integrate payment channels, negotiate commercial terms, and secure competitive rates and cooperation policies.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with payment institutions, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term operational stability.
- Manage onboarding and daily operations with payment partners, including account setup, documentation preparation, compliance review, and system integration.
- Monitor payment operations and coordinate the resolution of transaction issues, risk control matters, reconciliation discrepancies, and urgent cases.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory policies, and collaborate with internal teams to improve payment processes and solutions.
- Prepare regular payment reports, analyze cost structures and channel performance, and propose optimization strategies.
Finance-Related Responsibilities
- Perform payment reconciliation, revenue verification, and discrepancy investigations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions when required.
- Assist in improving fund management processes and enhancing capital efficiency.
- Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.
