Payment Field Operations Executive (Payment Platform/QR)

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to merchants in assigned districts to verify QR code display, signage, and terminal functionality.
• Support post-sales merchant activation and ensure proper usage of cross-border payment solutions.
• Perform wallet and QR display audits troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
• Engage with merchants to collect feedback, usage data, and identify interest from nearby businesses.
• Assist in light business development by identifying and reporting potential new merchant leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, merchant status, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in field operations, merchant support, or retail tech enablement.
• Familiarity with QR payment systems, POS terminals, or fintech products is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills able to engage with merchants from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable with outdoor/roaming work able to travel across assigned districts.
