- Assist in delivering prescribed therapy programmes for individual and group sessions under supervision.
- Observe and report patient responses during sessions, including physical and behavioural changes.
- Prepare therapy areas, materials, and equipment, ensuring a safe and organised environment.
- Coordinate patient transport arrangements, including safe driving, route planning, escort coordination, and vehicle upkeep.
Requirements:
- Certification in Therapy Support Services or NITEC in Community Care / Social Services
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or patient care environment.
- Responsible, patient-focused, and committed to maintaining safety and dignity in care delivery.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a care team.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
