- Oversee end-to-end housing arrangements for expatriate employees, including sourcing, leasing, move-in/out coordination, and ongoing upkeep of residences.
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, agents, and building management to resolve tenancy, maintenance, and service-related matters.
- Monitor lease timelines, housing costs, vendor invoices, and ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.
- Support relocation activities such as temporary accommodation, travel coordination, and settling-in arrangements for new hires.
- Handle general office operations including procurement, office upkeep, asset tracking, and coordination of day-to-day administrative activities.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in expatriate housing, relocation support, facilities, property coordination, or office administration.
- Comfortable managing multiple accommodation arrangements, vendor coordination, and related administrative tasks independently.
- Prior exposure to dealing with landlords, property agents, MCST/building management, and service providers is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
