We are looking for a compassionate and detail oriented individual to support patients through their fertility journey by managing front-line operations and coordinating care across the IVF treatment cycle. The role requires sensitivity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage patient interactions in a structured and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations
- Coordinate IVF treatment appointments, including scans, procedures, and follow-ups
- Act as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
- Provide clear guidance on clinic processes, procedures, and administrative requirements
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance/Medisave claims where applicable
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, and laboratory teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Support patients with enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality
- Assist in clinic operations, including reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in healthcare, fertility, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle sensitive situations with care and discretion
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple appointments and coordination tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
