Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and detail oriented individual to support patients through their fertility journey by managing front-line operations and coordinating care across the IVF treatment cycle. The role requires sensitivity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage patient interactions in a structured and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations
  • Coordinate IVF treatment appointments, including scans, procedures, and follow-ups
  • Act as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Provide clear guidance on clinic processes, procedures, and administrative requirements
  • Handle billing, payments, and insurance/Medisave claims where applicable
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
  • Liaise with doctors, nurses, and laboratory teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Support patients with enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality
  • Assist in clinic operations, including reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in healthcare, fertility, or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle sensitive situations with care and discretion
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple appointments and coordination tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
