Patient Service Officer / Clinic Receptionist

• Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed
• Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries
• Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
• Support doctors in language translation when needed
• Proper maintenance of patients records and drug inventory
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
• Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic
• Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators
• Assist in coverage of other facilitieswhenrequired

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred
• Able to work under fast paced environment
