Deliver prompt and excellent frontline services with care, empathy and professionalism
Handle patient registration, payment collection and bill enquiries
Provide financial counselling to help patients and next-of-kin make informed decisions through sharing of inpatient bill estimates, available payment modes and financial assistance
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate admission and financial counselling processes for seamless patient experience
Support in administrative and logistical tasks, with opportunities to be involved in improvement initiatives that contribute towards the transformation of overall healthcare financing journey
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline/ GCE A/O Level /Higher NITEC / NITEC in any disciplines
Frontline / customer service experience preferred
Proficient in computer application i.e. MS Office
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced,dynamic environment
An adaptable team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
