Patient Service Associate Executive, Visitor Services

Working closely with volunteers and stakeholders, you will support the delivery of excellent patient and visitor experiences through the coordination of concierge volunteer services and operational support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage concierge volunteers, including onboarding, training, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
• Ensure volunteers provide quality directional assistance, escort, and visitor assistance services.
• Communicate operational updates and support daily service operations.
• Support the management and performance monitoring of shuttle bus services.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Diploma or
• GCE N or equivalent with 7 years working experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficientin Microsoft Office applications.
